| 12 | 12 | Art. 2.1396. OFFENSE REPORT. An offense report prepared in | |
| 13 | 13 | the investigation of a criminal case must be signed by each peace | |
| 14 | 14 | officer who contributed information to the report. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only | |
| 16 | 16 | to an offense report prepared on or after the effective date of this | |
| 17 | 17 | Act. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
