The bill would amend the Election Code relating to voter registration application forms in high schools.Based on information provided by the Secretary of State, this analysis assumes any additional work associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed by the agency using existing resources. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house or on September 1, 2017.
