| 12 | 12 | OFFENSE. A person is ineligible to serve as a watcher in an | |
| 13 | 13 | election if the person has been finally convicted of: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) a felony; or | |
| 15 | 15 | (2) an offense in connection with conduct directly | |
| 16 | 16 | attributable to an election. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
