13 | 13 | Sec. 101.110. DISCOVERY RELATING TO PLEA TO JURISDICTION. | |
14 | 14 | The supreme court shall adopt rules under which a claimant under | |
15 | 15 | this chapter may, if the defendant asserts a plea to the | |
16 | 16 | jurisdiction, obtain reasonable discovery to investigate whether | |
17 | 17 | circumstances exist that would confer jurisdiction on the court. | |
18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
