| 12 | 12 | (h) The commission may not approve construction of a bridge | |
| 13 | 13 | by a political subdivision unless appropriate jurisdictions of the | |
| 14 | 14 | United Mexican States commit to providing at least half the funding | |
| 15 | 15 | for planning, design, and construction of the bridge. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
