A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the elimination of any preference given to cases and
proceedings by the statutory county courts of Hidalgo County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 25.1102(b), Government Code, is
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
