| 11 | 11 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 12 | | SECTION 1. Section 623.252(b), Transportation Code, is |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 14 | 14 | | (b) A permit issued under this subchapter may authorize: |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | (1) the transport of cargo only on the following roads |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | in Chambers County: |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | (A) Farm-to-Market Road 1405 between its |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | intersection with Farm-to-Market Road 2354 and its intersection |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | with Farm-to-Market Road 565; |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | (B) [the frontage road of] State Highway 99, |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | including the frontage road of State Highway 99 but excluding any |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | portion of the highway for which payment of a toll is required, |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | between its crossing with Cedar Bayou and its intersection with |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Interstate Highway 10[, including the portion of the frontage road |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | located in the Cedar Crossing Business and Industrial Park]; |
