BILL ANALYSIS H.B. 279 By: Howard Public Health Committee Report (Unamended) BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Interested parties note that the need for the women's health advisory committee to provide recommendations regarding development and implementation of women's health care programs is ongoing and suggest that additional recommendations may be necessary in the future.
