13 | 13 | ELECTRONIC MAIL MESSAGES PROHIBITED AFTER REQUEST FOR REMOVAL. A | |
14 | 14 | sender or a person acting on behalf of a sender may not transmit an | |
15 | 15 | unsolicited commercial electronic mail message to the electronic | |
16 | 16 | mail address of a person who requests the removal of that address | |
17 | 17 | from the sender's electronic mail list as provided by Section | |
18 | 18 | 321.052(a)(2). | |
19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
