11 | 12 | SECTION 1. Chapter 544, Transportation Code, is amended by | |
12 | 13 | adding Section 544.014 to read as follows: | |
13 | 14 | Sec. 544.014. ALTERNATIVE FUELS SIGNS. The manual and | |
14 | 15 | specifications adopted under Section 544.001 must provide for signs | |
15 | 16 | informing motorists of the location of facilities providing | |
16 | 17 | alternative fuels, including compressed natural gas, liquefied | |
17 | 18 | natural gas, hydrogen, and propane, and electric vehicle charging | |
18 | 19 | stations. | |
19 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
