| 12 | 12 | (a) A school district shall provide the results of | |
| 13 | 13 | individual student performance on the physical fitness assessment | |
| 14 | 14 | required by this subchapter to the agency. The results may not | |
| 15 | 15 | contain the names of individual [students or] teachers [or a | |
| 16 | 16 | student's social security number or date of birth]. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
