77 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
88 SECTION 1. Section 56.003(b), Government Code, is amended
99 to read as follows:
1010 (b) No more than one-third of the funds appropriated for any
1111 fiscal year shall be used for the continuing legal education of
1212 judges of appellate courts, district courts, county courts at law,
1313 county courts performing judicial functions, full-time associate
1414 judges and masters appointed pursuant to Chapter 201, Family Code,
1515 and [full-time] masters, magistrates, referees, and associate
1616 judges appointed pursuant to Chapter 54 or 54A as required by the
1717 court of criminal appeals under Section 74.025 and of their court
1818 personnel.
