A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the repeal of the exemption from the sales and use tax
on the sale of certain newspapers.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 151.319(a), Tax Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
