97 relating to the operation of the special education continuing

119 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1210 SECTION 1. Section 29.006, Education Code, is amended by
13- adding Subsections (d), (e), (f), and (g) to read as follows:
14- (d) The committee shall provide a procedure for members of
