| 12 | 12 | Sec. 57.003. CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. | |
| 13 | 13 | Notwithstanding any other law, a state agency may not impose | |
| 14 | 14 | continuing education requirements on a license holder unless the | |
| 15 | 15 | agency is responsible for issuing the license. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
