| 11 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 152.0521(a), Human Resources Code, is | |

| 13 | 11 | (a) The Comal County Juvenile Board is composed of: | |
| 14 | 12 | (1) the county judge; | |
| 15 | 13 | (2) the judge of each county court at law in the | |

| 17 | 15 | (3) the judge of the 22nd District Court; | |
| 18 | 16 | (4) the judge of the 207th District Court; | |
| 19 | 17 | (5) [(4)] the judge of the 433rd District Court; | |

| 21 | - | District Court [district courts having jurisdiction in Comal | |
