| 12 | 12 | Sec. 11.411. ANONYMOUS PROTEST OF CERTAIN PERMIT | |
| 13 | 13 | APPLICATIONS. A person, other than a local official acting under | |
| 14 | 14 | Section 11.41, may anonymously protest the application for a permit | |
| 15 | 15 | under Chapter 28 or 29. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only | |
| 17 | 17 | to an application for a permit filed on or after the effective date | |
| 18 | 18 | of this Act. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
