| 11 | 11 | amended by adding Section 42.161 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 42.161. WINDSTORM AND HAIL INSURANCE ALLOTMENT. A | |
| 13 | 13 | school district that contracts for windstorm and hail insurance is | |
| 14 | 14 | entitled to receive an allotment equal to the total amount required | |
| 15 | 15 | to be paid for the insurance, not to exceed an amount specified by | |
| 16 | 16 | commissioner rule. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
