CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3735 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
to correct the enrolled version of House Bill No. 3735 by adding the
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
SECTION ____. To the extent of any conflict between this Act
and S.B. No. 1430, Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular Session,
2017, affecting Section 11.122, Water Code, the conflicting
provision of S.B. No. 1430 controls.
