H.C.R. No. 155
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3808 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
to correct House Bill No. 3808, as amended by senate floor amendment
no. 2 by Senator Watson, by striking "SECTION 2. This Act takes
effect September 1, 2017.".
