| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Sheila Simmons was honored with an Above and Beyond |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center |

| 10 | 11 | | provides services to area residents who struggle with mental |

| 11 | 12 | | illness and/or intellectual and developmental difficulties; in |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | times of need, citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to |

| 13 | 14 | | which they can turn, thanks to the commitment to excellence |

| 14 | 15 | | demonstrated by the center's staff and team of medical specialists; |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely |

| 17 | 18 | | from the efforts of Sheila Simmons, and it is a pleasure to join in |
