| 8 | 9 | | REALTORS and its members have supported this vital principle; and |
|---|
| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Each day, Texas REALTORS provide valuable |

| 10 | 11 | | professional services that enable their fellow Texans to buy, sell, |

| 11 | 12 | | lease, develop, and manage residential and commercial real estate |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | in a knowledgeable and confident manner, while helping to preserve |

| 13 | 14 | | the free enterprise system and the right to own real property; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Over the years, Texas REALTORS have worked |
