| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Raised in Bandera, Ms. duPerier Apffel began barrel |

| 11 | 12 | | racing at the age of 13, and she has since experienced a meteoric |

| 12 | 13 | | rise in the world of competitive rodeo; after capturing the WPRA |

| 13 | 14 | | Junior World Title in 2010, she won numerous competitions in 2014, |

| 14 | 15 | | including the Coleman PRCA Rodeo and the Cowboy Capital Pro Rodeo, |

| 20 | 21 | | finishing with an outstanding cumulative time of 140.41 seconds; |
