| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, After a childhood beset with hardship, Ms. Bright |

| 10 | 11 | | found herself in a situation of extreme poverty as a young adult; |

| 11 | 12 | | however, with the help of her neighbors and friends, she was able to |

| 12 | 13 | | earn her GED, take community college classes, and provide a |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | brighter future for her own children; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In 2014, Ms. Bright decided to support other mothers |

| 15 | 16 | | facing financial difficulties by establishing Pamper Lake |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Highlands; this notable nonprofit conducts annual diaper drives, |

| 17 | 18 | | the most recent of which collected more than 72,000 diapers for |

| 18 | 19 | | distribution to families in need; because Ms. Bright credits her |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | success to five key elements--education, counseling, parenting |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | classes, Bible study, and addiction recovery--her organization |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | offers a variety of courses in these areas; as long as the 80 women |

| 22 | 23 | | currently served by the organization attend classes, they receive |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | free diapers for their children, as well as curriculum-based child |
|---|

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Caren Bright serves as a remarkable example of |

| 26 | 27 | | generosity, fortitude, and perseverance, and she is indeed |
