| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Born to Vojtech and Marcella Stavinoha Bohac on |

| 9 | 10 | | February 6, 1934, in Ammansville, Ben Bohac grew up with his sister, |

| 10 | 11 | | Agnes, and two brothers, Stanley and Frank; he served his country in |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Korea as a member of the U.S. Army, and he subsequently enjoyed |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | successful careers with Earthman Funeral Directors and Central |

| 13 | 14 | | Freight Lines; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In his free hours, Mr. Bohac gave generously of his |

| 15 | 16 | | time and talents as a member of the Knights of Columbus and as a |

| 16 | 17 | | coach with Oaks Dads' Club, and his dedication to the welfare of his |

| 17 | 18 | | community earned him renown as the neighborhood patriarch; and |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Bohac and his wife, Mildred, shared a rewarding |

| 19 | 20 | | marriage that spanned 59 years; they were the proud parents of two |

| 20 | 21 | | sons, Gregory and Dwayne, and a daughter, Cherie, and with the |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | passing years, they were further blessed with five grandchildren, |

| 22 | 23 | | Angie, Britney, Kristina, Dominique, and Reagan, two |

| 23 | 24 | | great-grandchildren, Evan and Emma, and three step-grandchildren, |

| 24 | 25 | | Foster, Sterling, and Faith; and |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Ben Bohac touched countless lives with his kindness |

| 26 | 27 | | and strength of character, and all those who had the privilege of |
