| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, A solid education is vital for young people to |

| 11 | 12 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |

| 12 | 13 | | in the lives of their students and in the greater community; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Brittney Clark exemplifies the passion, |

| 14 | 15 | | determination, and innovative spirit that are the hallmarks of our |
