| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, In May 2017, Bailey Hall of Mount Pleasant is |

| 6 | 7 | | graduating from Chapel Hill High School with honors and a |

| 7 | 8 | | distinguished level of achievement while also earning an associate |

| 8 | 9 | | degree in accounting from Northeast Texas Community College; and |
|---|
| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Hall earned her associate degree while still in |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | high school by taking as many as 19 hours of coursework per semester |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | and attending classes during the summer and between semesters; and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Currently vice president of her senior class and the |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | student council, Ms. Hall also serves as secretary of her school's |

| 14 | 15 | | National Honor Society and Future Business Leaders of America |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | chapters and as a member of FFA, the Spanish Club, and the IDEA |

| 16 | 17 | | program; she has excelled in UIL programs, including debate, |

| 17 | 18 | | extemporaneous speaking, and theater, and she has been a valued |

| 18 | 19 | | member of her school's varsity cheerleading and softball teams; her |

| 19 | 20 | | achievements have been recognized with the Young Women in Public |

| 20 | 21 | | Affairs Award from Zonta and the Rotary Youth Leadership Award; and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, An active member of First Baptist Church in Mount |

| 22 | 23 | | Pleasant, Ms. Hall has participated in missions with World Changers |

| 23 | 24 | | and MissionFuge; she has also led summer activities for children at |

| 24 | 25 | | a women's shelter and tutored through the Titus County Reads |

| 26 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Bailey Hall's boundless energy, exceptional |

| 27 | 28 | | scholastic ability, and commitment to excellence have opened the |
