|---|
| 10 | 11 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |

| 11 | 12 | | in the lives of their students and in the greater community; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, A second grade bilingual teacher, Mr. Villarreal |

| 13 | 14 | | has taught in the Robstown ISD for a decade, and throughout his |

| 14 | 15 | | tenure, he has sought to instill in his students the strong work |

| 15 | 16 | | ethic and commitment to self-discipline that pave the way to |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Josue Villarreal exemplifies the passion, |
