| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The tragedy of a young life cut short is a solemn |

| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Hadlee was born on November 2, 2015, to Jason and |

| 11 | 12 | | Shyanne Holik; diagnosed with pediatric cancer, she fought |

| 12 | 13 | | courageously against the disease that would ultimately take her |

| 13 | 14 | | from her adoring family, and through it all, her ability to find joy |

| 14 | 15 | | in life never wavered; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Well-loved and nurtured by her parents, Hadlee was |

| 16 | 17 | | also deeply cherished by her siblings, Kylee, Jaxon, and Maggie, |

| 17 | 18 | | and was always happiest when she was at home playing with them; she |

| 18 | 19 | | was blessed with striking brown eyes and a sweet disposition, |

| 19 | 20 | | traits that won her many hearts and that naturally led to the |
