| 15 | 16 | | at La Marque and Sugar Land Dulles High Schools; he became head |

| 16 | 17 | | baseball coach at Elkins High School in Missouri City in the early |

| 18 | 19 | | 15-year tenure; since taking the helm at Prosper High in 2007, he |

| 19 | 20 | | has guided his teams to numerous playoff appearances, and in 2015 |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Widely respected by his peers, Coach Carpenter was |

| 24 | 25 | | Association; in all his endeavors, he is supported by the love and |

| 25 | 26 | | encouragement of his wife, Tammie, and their three children, Matt, |

| 27 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of three and a half decades in the |

| 28 | 29 | | coaching profession, Rick Carpenter has made a positive difference |
