| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Carl Seal of Cottle County has received a 50-year |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Seal was honored during a special ceremony |

| 9 | 10 | | attended by a number of guests, including his wife, Linda Seal; this |

| 10 | 11 | | prestigious award was presented to him by Doug Adkins, the |

| 11 | 12 | | Sovereign Grand Inspector General of the Supreme Council in Texas; |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Members of the Scottish Rite work to improve the |

| 14 | 15 | | quality of life in their communities by teaching and emulating the |

| 15 | 16 | | principles of brotherly love, tolerance, charity, and truth; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, For the past half century, Mr. Seal has exemplified |

| 17 | 18 | | the ideals of the Scottish Rite, and it is indeed a pleasure to join |
