| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, A 65th wedding anniversary marks a lifetime of |

| 7 | 8 | | of Graham celebrated this joyous milestone in their marriage on |

| 8 | 9 | | September 2, 2016; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, James Stiles and the former Oneida Milford were |

| 10 | 11 | | joined in matrimony in 1951 at a ceremony held at the First Baptist |

| 11 | 12 | | Church in Wichita Falls; through the years, they have been blessed |

| 12 | 13 | | with a treasured family that includes their children, Becky Sue |

| 13 | 14 | | Callison and her husband, Ed, and John Stiles and his wife, Letha, |

| 14 | 15 | | as well as a granddaughter, Reina Johnson, and her husband, Todd, |

| 15 | 16 | | and two great-grandchildren, Brinly and Landry Johnson; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, An air force veteran, Mr. Stiles attended Oklahoma |

| 17 | 18 | | Baptist University and received degrees in the arts and in divinity |

| 18 | 19 | | from Southwestern Baptist Seminary; he has pastored churches in |

| 19 | 20 | | Texas and Oklahoma for 65 years; Mrs. Stiles attended Oklahoma |

| 20 | 21 | | Baptist University and the University of North Texas and served |

| 21 | 22 | | alongside her husband as a missionary in Colombia for 10 years; |

| 22 | 23 | | today, the couple are congregants at First Baptist Church of |

| 23 | 24 | | Graham, and they count flying and amateur radio among their |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Stiles have enjoyed six and a half |

| 26 | 27 | | decades of abiding love and affection for each other, and they are |

| 27 | 28 | | among an exceptional group of men and women who can claim such a |

| 28 | 29 | | lasting commitment; now, therefore, be it |
