| 11 | 12 | | world championship crown; with the victory, he earned a prize |

| 12 | 13 | | package that included a gold trophy, a silver and gold belt buckle, |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Mike Major has demonstrated outstanding skill and |
