| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Clayton Levi Mulloy of Austin has ably served his |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Levi Mulloy has provided |

| 11 | 12 | | constituents and representatives from advocacy groups; in addition |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The son of Mark and Carolyn Mulloy, Mr. Mulloy is a |

| 16 | 17 | | junior government and Middle Eastern studies student in The |

| 17 | 18 | | University of Texas at Austin Liberal Arts Honors Program and |

| 18 | 19 | | Arabic Flagship Program; moreover, he has been recognized as a |

| 19 | 20 | | Texas Media and Society Undergraduate Fellow and a Dean's List |

| 20 | 21 | | Scholar; he has also worked with the Innovations for Peace and |

| 21 | 22 | | Development research group, held the philanthropy chair for the |

| 22 | 23 | | Kappa Alpha Order, and served as a legislative intern in the office |

| 23 | 24 | | of U.S. Representative Ted Poe; following his graduation, he plans |

| 24 | 25 | | to pursue a career in diplomacy, security, or international |

| 26 | 27 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |
