| 10 | 11 | | turn for Mr. Pyron's signature flavored ices; this notable Texan |

| 11 | 12 | | was just 19 years old when the shop sold its first cone, making him |

| 12 | 13 | | the youngest business owner in Sanger and the only business owner |

| 13 | 14 | | with Down syndrome in the state; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Pyron has also distinguished himself through |

| 15 | 16 | | his receipt of the 2015 Ethan Saylor Memorial Scholarship, an award |

| 16 | 17 | | that recognizes individuals with Down syndrome who have shown great |

| 17 | 18 | | drive and resourcefulness in the pursuit of their dreams; seeking |

| 18 | 19 | | to provide assistance to other aspiring entrepreneurs living with |

| 19 | 20 | | Down syndrome, Mr. Pyron and his family have created the Blake |

| 20 | 21 | | Pyron Entrepreneurship Scholarship, which is administered through |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Locally owned and operated businesses play an |
