| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Madeleine Reinhardt of the Girl Scouts of Central |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, To earn this distinction, Ms. Reinhardt |

| 9 | 10 | | successfully met a series of requirements emphasizing community |

| 10 | 11 | | service, personal and spiritual growth, positive values, and |

| 11 | 12 | | leadership skills; as part of that process, she planned and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | implemented a Girl Scout Gold Award project that will have a |

| 13 | 14 | | positive and lasting impact in her community; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, By fostering self-confidence and by encouraging |

| 15 | 16 | | young women to explore career opportunities and to become more |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | socially conscious, the Girl Scout program is helping its |

| 17 | 18 | | participants to achieve their greatest potential as engaged |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The maturity and dedication that Ms. Reinhardt has |

| 20 | 21 | | demonstrated in pursuit of her goals truly exemplify the highest |
