| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating remarkable skill and dedication, |

| 11 | 12 | | Mr. Hanks bested opponents from College Station, Heritage, and |

| 12 | 13 | | Waller High Schools in the first three rounds of the competition to |

| 13 | 14 | | advance to the title match; in that contest, he claimed the 5A crown |

| 14 | 15 | | by defeating Jay Gonzales of Chisholm Trail High School in a 6-5 |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, His championship victory capped off a memorable |

| 18 | 19 | | of 36 wins and just 4 losses and helped Vernon secure seventh place |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, In proving himself one of the finest high school |

| 21 | 22 | | wrestlers in Texas, Larson Hanks has realized a well-deserved |
