| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, To be eligible for this scholarship, students must |

| 10 | 11 | | be enrolled in a member school district, and honorees are selected |

| 11 | 12 | | based on the strength of their application and on a personal |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | statement describing their goals for the future; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, After graduating from high school, this outstanding |

| 14 | 15 | | young Texan plans to continue his education at the Craft Training |

| 15 | 16 | | Center in Corpus Christi, where he will study welding; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, A fitting recipient of this notable honor, Ryan |
