| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, For more than two decades, American Heritage Girls |

| 9 | 10 | | has sought to build women of integrity through service to God, |

| 10 | 11 | | family, community, and country; girls ages 5 through 18 may |

| 11 | 12 | | participate in activities that promote teamwork and build |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | confidence and also encourage spiritual, character, and social |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | development; furthermore, the organization strives to help girls |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | acquire life skills through a badge program that includes such |

| 15 | 16 | | subjects as personal well-being, the arts, and science and |

| 16 | 17 | | technology; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, American Heritage Girls boasts membership in all 50 |

| 18 | 19 | | states and overseas with approximately 125 troops in Texas |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, By fostering faith and courage and inspiring young |

| 22 | 23 | | leaders, American Heritage Girls is enriching countless lives, and |
