| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Elizabeth Cristan has been presented with an |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, SSS is part of the university's Programs for |

| 9 | 10 | | Academic Student Support (PASS) initiative, which furthers the |

| 10 | 11 | | goals of TAMU--CC by providing resources to low-income, |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | first-generation, and underrepresented students; in receiving an |

| 12 | 13 | | Outstanding Award, Ms. Cristan was recognized for her notable |

| 13 | 14 | | record of scholastic achievement; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, A native of Corpus Christi, Ms. Cristan is currently |

| 15 | 16 | | a senior at TAMU--CC, where she is working toward a bachelor's |

| 16 | 17 | | degree in information technology; after graduating, she plans to |

| 17 | 18 | | pursue a career in programming and cybersecurity; and |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Elizabeth Cristan is indeed deserving of this |

| 19 | 20 | | prestigious honor, and she may look forward to a future bright with |

| 20 | 21 | | promise; now, therefore, be it |
