| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Juan Martinez Robles has been presented with an |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Project GRAD is part of the university's Programs |

| 9 | 10 | | for Academic Student Support (PASS) initiative, which furthers the |

| 10 | 11 | | goals of TAMU--CC by providing resources to low-income, |

| 11 | 12 | | first-generation, and underrepresented students; in receiving an |

| 12 | 13 | | Outstanding Award, Mr. Robles was recognized for his notable record |

| 13 | 14 | | of scholastic achievement; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, A freshman at TAMU--CC, Mr. Robles is working toward |

| 15 | 16 | | a degree in biomedical science; after graduating, he plans to |

| 16 | 17 | | attend medical school and pursue a career in obstetrics and |

| 17 | 18 | | gynecology; and |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Juan Martinez Robles is indeed deserving of this |

| 19 | 20 | | prestigious honor, and he may look forward to a future bright with |
