| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Johnny Jefferson has served with distinction as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Precinct chairs are integral to the success of their |

| 10 | 11 | | state and nation for today's citizenry and for generations to come; |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Because public policy affects our daily lives, |

| 13 | 14 | | individuals must exercise their right to vote, and precinct chairs |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, It is most appropriate that we take this opportunity |
