| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, July 20, 2017, marks the 60th wedding anniversary of |

| 6 | 7 | | T. C. and Mary Jo Ellard, and this joyous event provides a fitting |

| 7 | 8 | | opportunity to reflect on their rewarding journey together as |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Members of the Class of 1957 at Crozier Technical |

| 10 | 11 | | High School in Dal1as, Mr. and Mrs. Ellard were high school |

| 11 | 12 | | sweethearts who exchanged the vows of matrimony the summer |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | following their graduation; over the years, they have been blessed |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | with a treasured family that includes their five children, Richard, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Jeff, Andy, Todd, and Angela, as well as their 11 grandchildren, |

| 15 | 16 | | Elaine, Lindsey, Emily, Nicole, Zak, Manda, Ty, Amy, Abigail, Joe, |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, The Ellards have been valued residents of the |

| 18 | 19 | | Coppell community for the past 26 years, after living in Dallas for |

| 19 | 20 | | a decade and in Irving for nearly a quarter century; Mr. Ellard |

| 20 | 21 | | worked as a machinist, managing the Manda Machine Company, which he |

| 21 | 22 | | and his wife bought from her parents in 1982 and sold to their sons |

| 22 | 23 | | Richard, Andy, and Todd in 2002; Mrs. Ellard has devoted herself to |

| 23 | 24 | | her home and family throughout their marriage, and along with her |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | husband, she is a greeter at St. Ann Catholic Church; in her spare |
|---|
| 25 | 26 | | time, she enjoys shopping for her grandchildren, and Mr. Ellard can |

| 26 | 27 | | often be found on the golf course; and |

| 27 | 28 | | WHEREAS, The six decades of marriage that Mr. and Mrs. Ellard |

| 28 | 29 | | have shared is eloquent affirmation of the meaning of love and |

| 29 | 30 | | commitment, and their enduring union is an inspiration to all who |
