| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Albert Hernandez has been presented with an |

| 10 | 11 | | furthers the goals of TAMU--CC by providing resources to |

| 11 | 12 | | low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented students; in |

| 12 | 13 | | receiving an Outstanding Award, Mr. Hernandez was recognized for |

| 13 | 14 | | academic excellence; a dedicated student, he is enrolled in the |

| 14 | 15 | | university's undergraduate nursing program; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Albert Hernandez is indeed deserving of this |
