R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Jesusa "Susan" Razzo has been presented with an
Outstanding Award from the Student Support Services program at
Texas A&M University--Corpus Christi; and
WHEREAS, Student Support Services is part of the university's
Programs for Academic Student Support (PASS) initiative, which
furthers the goals of TAMU--CC by providing resources to
low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented students; in
receiving an Outstanding Award, Ms. Razzo was recognized for her
academic achievements in the program; and
WHEREAS, A dedicated student, Ms. Razzo has been enrolled in
the SSS program for the past eight months, and she is currently
working toward her undergraduate degree in business
administration; and
WHEREAS, Susan Razzo is indeed deserving of this prestigious
honor, and she may look forward to a future bright with promise;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Jesusa "Susan" Razzo on her receipt
of a Student Support Services Outstanding Award and extend to her
sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Razzo as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
