| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Adrian Piloto has ably served his fellow Texans as |

| 6 | 7 | | an aide in the office of State Representative Tony Dale during the |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Piloto has provided |

| 9 | 10 | | vital assistance in handling such diverse and challenging tasks as |

| 10 | 11 | | coordinating constituent communications, managing office |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | calendars, and contacting and working with state agencies to |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | address constituent concerns, and he has also served as a clerk for |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | the House Energy Caucus; in addition to gaining valuable experience |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | in the field of public service, he has learned more about the |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | State; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, An alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, |

| 18 | 19 | | Mr. Piloto holds a bachelor's degree in international relations and |

| 19 | 20 | | global studies; he has given generously of his time and talents as |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | transportation chair of the BP MS 150 steering committee, and he |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | previously contributed to the operations of the Texas Wranglers as |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | tailgate coordinator, philanthropic events coordinator, and vice |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | president; and |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |

| 25 | 26 | | duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is |
|---|
| 26 | 27 | | indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, |

| 28 | 29 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |

| 29 | 30 | | Legislature hereby commend Adrian Piloto for his service as a |
