| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Carrillo is among the students who have |

| 10 | 11 | | completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced |

| 11 | 12 | | Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on |

| 12 | 13 | | law, government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Edith Carrillo and Ruben Carrillo, |

| 14 | 15 | | Ms. Carrillo is a member of the National Honor Society and a |

| 15 | 16 | | dedicated community volunteer; she plans to attend the Rawls |

| 16 | 17 | | College of Business at Texas Tech University; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 18 | 19 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and |
