| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Rodriguez is among the students who have |

| 10 | 11 | | completed their secondary education in the academy's Advanced |

| 11 | 12 | | Academics Program, which features specialized curricula focused on |

| 12 | 13 | | law, government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Norine Enriquez and Lorenzo Rodriguez, |

| 14 | 15 | | Mr. Rodriguez has participated in the SkillsUSA Texas program, in |

| 15 | 16 | | addition to devoting himself to the rigorous course of studies |

| 16 | 17 | | required of the academy's students; he plans to pursue a |
