| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Graduation from high school is one of life's pivotal |

| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Nava is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Salomon and Sarah Nava, Mr. Nava has |

| 14 | 15 | | participated in a number of extracurricular activities throughout |

| 15 | 16 | | his high school career, including the concert and marching bands; |

| 16 | 17 | | although he received scholarship opportunities from several |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | universities, he plans to study business at The University of Texas |

| 18 | 19 | | at El Paso before pursuing a law degree; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 20 | 21 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join his family and |

| 21 | 22 | | friends in recognizing him as he embarks on a future bright with |
