| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Tellez is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |

| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |

| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The son of Alfredo Tellez and Karla Tellez, |

| 14 | 15 | | Mr. Tellez has distinguished himself as a participant in the |

| 15 | 16 | | school's gifted and talented program, and he plans to pursue a |

| 16 | 17 | | career with the United States Customs and Border Protection as a |

| 18 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |
